ReplyDeleteOh, and "Wormholes record species history in space and time" is not, I'm pretty sure, discussing the biological species concept.
ReplyDeleteNo. Contrary to what you might think, wormholes here refer to actual holes made by worms: "printed wormholes in rare books and artwork are trace fossils of wood-boring species with unusually accurate locations and dates."
