SIWIMC syndrome

I'm a computational biologist, so I write code (just to keep it secret ;). Today I experienced an epiphany: I was forced to choose between acting on some inanity on somewhere on the internet, or fixing what I at the same moment discovered was wrong with my code. It was a clash of two syndromes that people like me are afflicted with: SIWOTI vs. SIWIMC.

The epiphany was that my code would have to wait.
