Searching for origins

I will be attending the Origins conference at Caltech this saturday, October 4th. Plan is to listen to the luminaries, sure, but also to do some networking. And to report about the whole experience here, so stay tuned.

Speakers include Donald Prothero, Leonard Susskind, Christian Koch, as well as Michael Shermer (organizer), Stuart Kauffman, and Kenneth Miller (of Finding Darwin's God) in a panel discussion on the question "Does science make belief in God obsolete?" Should be a blast.
